The A+ team was amazing. Around 8am we discovered that our hot water tank in our basement had busted over night, flooding our basement with about 6 inches of water. At 8:45, after frantic googling, I called the A+ team. By 10 they had arrived, and by noon the water was completely gone and we had an army of fans and dehumidifiers in the basement. They were clear about the process working with insurers, and made the experience as simple to deal with as it could be.
